What did she mean when she said I think we'd all agree she's a lovely woman.?

-I go to a therapist and my parents went with me. My dad said I complain because he never says I'm goodlooking. He just said it's because he trys to emphasize character more than looks. My therapist said well maybe you could compliment her on things she does then. But after that she said but I think we can all agree she's a lovely woman. This therapist barley knows me because this is the second time seeing me. And I only saw her alone once. Do you think she meant my looks and what does lovely mean?lovely-your beautiful
