How should I ask out this girl?

-I'm basically going on a outing with a friend of mine and two girls. One of the girls fancies me and the the other girl fancies my friend. We are going to ask them out together and I'm wondering what to say? PLEASE HELP????



PS. I have never gone out with a girl before.........Just ask her. But be confident about it. When i've been asked out in the past, if i can tell the guy's nervous i think it's sweet but that's about it.
