this sounds like a short term thing, wait til your older and youll find out what love is. it isnt some guy aged 12 telling you he loves you.. love is being mature enough to know and see what connection you have and able to maintain it
at 12 is eriously doubt your in love, it may be a crush so make it so and move on :)
