How can i get myself an older girl?

-At my work i deal with a lot of women that are older than me (late 20s to mid 30s) and sometimes i find them flirting or just being really friendly with me. A lot of them I find really attractive and in particular there is one I am interested in. However, I am only 20 years old. Im also Mexican-American, 6'2, pretty nice body, and am close to graduating from a good university. She is really nice and if she were my age there would be no question she was flirting with me, but since she is older I question this and think maybe she is just super friendly. She is around 30 years old im guessing maybe older and just looks younger but i have never asked. She asked how old i was, and when I told her 20 she acted surprised and said "Oh you're still young..." I want to see if this is more than her being friendly but I definitely don't want to be obvious about it. If anything I just want to give her an invitation to make something more of it, instead of me making a move in case Im totally wrong. What should I do? I obviously don't think we could have a normal relationship, but i do think theres something there...younger girls are more wild and crazy where as older girls tend to be looking for commitment. at first you got to be friends wit an older girl and she'll show you that she is interested and that's when you make a move. I'm 19 and the girl that I have a thing with we aren't dating yet she 24.
